Server Selection Screen: Now lists how many characters you have on each server. This information replaces the former ping column.
Character Selection Screen: Now displays each character's Vitality level.
Buff Notification Window: Slots for activation skills have been separated from those for common buffs.
- Buffs: Top row. This row displays common buffs. Most characters can only obtain have 20 buffs, but a character that has acquired the Divine Inspiration skills can expand the available buff slots to 24.
- Toggle Skills: Second row, directly below common buffs. Displays buffs that are toggled off and on. The number of toggle skills that can be displayed isn't restricted.
- Song/Dances: Third row Displays Song/Dance skills. Each character can have up to 12 simultaneous Song/Dance buffs.
- Activation Skills: Fourth row. Displays skills activated by specific conditions, such as strikes or attacks. This row can display up to 24 skills.
- Debuffs: Fifth row. Displays the debuffs your character is currently affected by. Displays up to 12 debuffs.
- Penalties and Class-Specific Status: Sixth row. Displays death, weight, and grade penalties, as well as status designations for certain classes (in other words, Sonic Focus, Soul Expansion, and so on).
Fourth Shortcut Bar Added: A fourth shortcut bar of 12 slots has been added. However, icons placed on this fourth bar cannot be assigned keybindings.
Shortcut Bar Icon Improvements: Skill reuse timers have been added to each skill's icon to display any remaining time before the skill is usable again. The highest number these timers can display is 20 seconds.
Shortcut bar icons of expendable items now display their remaining quantity. The highest number that can be displayed is 99. If your inventory has more than 99 of an expendable item shown on your shortcut bar, the icon displays "99+".
Shortcut Window: You can now turn off or on tooltip display of skills and items through the shortcut window. The button on the lower righthand side of the shortcut window toggles the tooltips for skills/items.
You can turn off or on the shortcut keys assigned to skills and items through the shortcut window.
System Messages: When your character begins conversing with an NPC, your character cannot move for a short time. A system message now alerts you of this.
The system message that alerts you that your character has gained experience points and Skill Points from killing a monster now specifies any bonuses received as well, such as from Nevit's Advent Blessing, Vitality items, and so on.

Resurrection Selection Window: The "Arrange" feature in the resurrection pop-up has changed. If there are multiple resurrection buttons to choose from, they are aligned in a sequential order. (Previously, if there are multiple resurrection buttons to choose from, they were aligned in a predefined position.)
Chat-Related Improvements: When the MSN Messenger function is activated, the [Talk to Friend] tab now shows up first.
You can turn off NPC dialog (NPC Dialog Off) through Chat Window Options.
If you whisper to a character that is blocking your messages, you receive a notification that your message has been blocked.
Party Invitations: The message for a Party Room Invitation can now display the [Party Room Title].
Inventory Arrangement: The Inventory Arrange function has been improved. When you choose to arrange items in the Inventory, they are arranged by money, weapons, armors, accessories, and miscellaneous items. If items are of the same type, those that weigh more are placed before others that weigh less.
Miscellaneous items are now arranged by type in this order: scrolls, potions, arrows, recipes, and other types.
Sometimes Inventory arrangement was jumbled for no particular reason. This has been fixed.
